A high-pressure system will be dominant across the area resulting in a relatively dry atmosphere during the next 24 hours. Breezy conditions with a few cloudy spells and isolated showers can also be expected across Dominica during the period.
Moderate to rough seas are anticipated during the next 24 hours with waves peaking to 10.0ft on the eastern coast by tonight. A small craft warning is in effect. Small craft operators are advised to exercise extreme caution. Sea bathers are advised to stay out of the water.
Please note that a greater degree of cloudiness, more frequent rainfall, and higher rainfall amounts are normally experienced across the east coast and interior of Dominica.
