Waves: 1.5 to 2.5 meters or 5.0 to 8.0 feet.

Warning/Advisory: A Small Craft Advisory is in effect for above normal seas on the eastern coast

Weather Outlook for Dominica and the Lesser Antilles

A high-pressure system is dominant across the island. This is expected to result in a relatively dry atmosphere and an increase in wind speed during the next 24 hours. Occasional cloudiness and a few showers can be expected, mainly during the cooler morning to overnight period.

Moderate seas are anticipated during the next 24 hours with waves peaking near 8.0ft on the eastern coast. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect. Small craft operators and sea bathers, particularly on the eastern coast, are advised to exercise caution.
