Police are investigating a drive-by shooting that occurred in Bath Estate on the evening of May 12, 2022, where a grey CRV vehicle pulled up and shot Ron Garth Jolly several times resulting in his death.
Information currently is sketchy, and the police are yet to release an official report on the matter.

Jolly is no stranger to the police, in July 2013, he was arrested and charged with others and slapped with a charge of attempted murder, attempted robbery, and robbery.
In May of 2017 Jolly was arrested and charged with the murder of Kent Albert Lewis of Pointe Michel. Later that same month the prosecution (Monday, May 29,) informed the court the charge was being withdrawn for one of manslaughter instead.
The manslaughter charge was read to him, but he was not required to enter a plea.
The prosecution did not object to bail which was set at EC$50,000.00.
