Magistrate Michael Laudat will give his ruling today in a bail application for Dylan Edward Patrick Shillingford.
Shillingford was arrested and slapped with charges of possession of two illegal pistols (handguns), trafficking cannabis, and possession of illicit ammunition while not being the holder of a firearms and ammunition license. He appeared before Magistrate Michael Laudat where the charges were read to him.
The prosecution objected to bail and after hearing submissions from the trial and his lawyer the Magistrate indicated that he would give his ruling today (June 11, 2024)
In another matter in court on June 10, 2024, Arnold Joseph of Montin/Fond Cole who was arrested and charged over the weekend for possession of illegal ammunition and threat, pleaded guilty to the charges and was fined $5000.00 for the illegal ammunition and $1000.00 for threats.
