The Judicial and Legal Services Commission (JLSC) has appointed His Lordship, the Hon. Justice Davidson Kelvin Baptiste, Retired Justice of Appeal, to act as High Court Judge, Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court for the period 23rd September to 22nd December 2024; assigned to the State of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
His Lordship, the Hon. Justice Davidson Kelvin Baptiste recently served as Acting Judge of the Supreme Court of the Turks and Caicos Islands after his retirement as a Justice of Appeal.
