Weather Outlook for Dominica and the Lesser Antilles

Valid from: 6:00 AM on Wednesday, December 11, 2024

A ridge pattern is the dominant feature across the area. Low-level clouds moving with the wind flow are expected to result in cloudy spells with scattered light to moderate showers during the morning. A gradual drying out of the atmosphere can be expected as the day progresses. Overnight, an approaching weak trough system will produce relatively light winds across the region.

Seas are expected to be slight to moderate, with swells up to 5ft and decreasing along the eastern coastline, during the next 24 hours.
