Information reaching Nature Isle News (NIN) confirms that a male adult of St. Joseph, Obed Nicholas, was found “unresponsive” at his home on the evening of April 10, 2025.
His body was subsequently pronounced dead by the district medical officer of the area.
It is alleged that Nicholas was beaten after allegations that may have involved a minor in the community.
One person is now in police custody, assisting them with further investigations in the matter.
