President of the Dominica Olympic Committee (DOC) Billy Doctove says he “feels very honoured yet humbled for his appointment to the Ethics and Good Governance Commission of Panmansports. Panamsports is a very prestigious organization within the Olympic movement.
According to Doctrove, President of Panamsports, Neven Ilic has hailed his management of the DOC. “I have been appointed because they are satisfied with how we have conducted the affairs of the DOC since we took up office,” he stated.
He further stated that although he is the person appointed but it is because of the entire executive and management of the DOC that Dominica was able to get such an appointment.
“I want to thank the executive and the team for the support that they have given to me since I took up the presidency,” he stated.
“To be appointed to such a committee is a feather in the cap of the Dominica Olympic Committee,” Doctrove stated.
