18-year-old Sean Kadim John, a Dominican national and student of the Washington Archibald High School, was shot and killed in the College Housing area in St Kitts and Nevis on Sunday, September 14, 2025.
According to an official statement issued by law enforcement authorities in St. Kitts & Nevis, they have launched an active investigation into the homicide. Details surrounding the circumstances of the shooting remain limited at this time, as the investigation is still ongoing.
“The Police are investigating a shooting homicide that occurred last night in College Housing involving an 18-year-old student of Washington Archibald High School,” the statement reads. “The investigation is active and ongoing.”
According to reports from the Police, investigators have since launched a full probe into the incident.
His family is from Gutter Village in Roseau, Dominica. His mother reportedly came home to find him in a pool of blood. Reports are that he received a single bullet to the head.
