United Progressive Party announces new executive board

PRESS RELEASE

Roseau, DominicaDecember 19, 2025-The United Progressive Party (UPP) is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Executive Board, a dynamic team of leaders committed to advancing the party’s vision for the betterment of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

The newly appointed Executive Board comprises:

Joshua Francis – President
Charles Williams – 1st Vice President
Joanne Green – 2nd Vice President
Loftus Durand – Public Relations Officer
Cabral Douglas – International Secretary / Diaspora Affairs
Aliyah Jean Jacques – Youth Coordinator / Environmental Secretary
Alison Peltier – Events Coordinator
Heather Vidal – Secretary
Paul Blanchard – Treasurer

This accomplished team brings together a wealth of experience, fresh perspectives, and unwavering dedication to the principles and objectives of the United Progressive Party. The Executive Board is united in its commitment to working collaboratively with party members, stakeholders, and citizens across Dominica to build a stronger, more prosperous nation.

Under the leadership of President Joshua Francis and this newly formed board, the UPP will continue to champion policies and initiatives that prioritize the welfare of all Dominicans, promote sustainable development, and ensure effective representation both locally and internationally.

The party will host a Press Conference in the coming days, where the new Executive Board will be formally introduced to the public and media. Details regarding the date, time, and location of the Press Conference will be announced shortly.
