United Progressive Party (UPP) caretaker candidate for the Roseau South constituency, Edline Harris, has sponsored a much-needed bus stop for the Eggleston community.
At a brief handover ceremony attended by party leader Joshua Francis and other party officials, Harris said she was happy to make the contribution, which was “very important and much needed for the people of that community.” She also thanked persons from the community for their continued support and called on them to “take ownership of the bus stop.”
Team United Progressive Party leader Francis, who is a former Parliamentary representative for the area, thanked Harris for her support and commitment.
We can “lean on Edline”-who is committed to improving local services, supporting community projects, and ensuring that every resident/constituent has a voice.
