East Central FC suffered their first loss of the season in the 2020 Dominica Football Association Division One League.
In their latest fixture on the weekend played at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth, East Central went down by one goal to nil at the hands of LA Starz FC. The lone goal of the encounter came from the boots of Cheston Dangleben.
In other weekend results, LA Enterprises Bombers FC whipped WE United FC by 15 goals to nil in a one-sided affair. Kadimel Paul and Tyriq Joseph were in fine form as they scored six and four goals respectively. Julie Boyd, Keegan Thomas, Gabriel Raymond, Kyle Langlais, and Davonne George scored one goal each.
At the Almond Park in Dublanc, Busta Warner FC edged out Exodus FC by four goals to three. For the winners, Everson Hector, Vince Francois, Travis Bruno, and Ronnell Dillon scored one goal each. Doing the scoring for Exodus FC were Quade Henderson with two goals and Lebron Marshall with one goal.
Also on Saturday at the Newtown Playing Field Police Sports Club got the better of Belfast Estate Mahaut Soca Strikers FC by two goals to one. Andy St. Rose and Kenny Thomas were the players on target for Busta Warner FC. The lone goal for Soca Strikers FC was scored by Jerrel Archibald.
