Defending champions, Sagicor South East FC will look to extend its lead when the action continues in the Dominica Football Association (DFA) Premier League.
In their first match of the second round of competition, South East, who finished the first round on 22 points, having secured seven victories, will come up against fourth-placed club Petro Caribe Pointe Michel FC on Saturday from 4 pm at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth. In the other encounter carded for that day, former champions, LA Enterprises Bomber FC will travel to Dublanc to take on WE United FC from 4 pm.
In the lone match scheduled for Friday, Promex Harlem United FC will do battle against East Central FC from 6 pm at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth.
In the first of two matches carded for Sunday, Belfast Estate Mahaut Soca Strikers FC will come up against the struggling Exodus FC from 5 pm at the Almond Park in Dublanc. In the day’s other scheduled encounter, Central Cooperative Credit Union LTD Dublanc FC will try to avenge their recent defeat when they come up against Happi Bath Estate FC from 4 pm at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth.
Meanwhile, several matches are scheduled in the Division One League. On Thursday, Calibishie Diasporas FC will take on LA Enterprises Bombers FC from 6 pm at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth.
On Friday Kensboro United FC will take on Middleham United FC from 6 pm at the Dublanc playing field.
At the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth on Saturday, BAA Sharks FC will do battle against Itassi FC from 2 pm.
On Saturday, Calibishie Diasporas will return to the field when they come up against RC Doctors from 2 pm at Portsmouth while at the Newtown Savannah, ACS Tarish United FC will face Mighty Avengers FC from 4 pm.
