In one of three matches played over the weekend, the former champions got the better of Harlem United by two goals to one at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth on Sunday after the scores were locked at nil-all heading into the interval.
Shirkel St. Marie and player of the game Felix Anselm were the goal scorers for the winners. Odom Philogene was on target for Harlem United. The win pushed Dublanc FC to 19 points from 7 games while Harlem remained on 9 points from 7 games.
Over at the Stockfarm Complex, Happi Bath Estate FC had an easy day at the office as they made light work of a disorganized Petro Caribe Pointe Michel FC, winning the one-sided encounter by six goals to nil. Anfernee Frederick scored three goals to be named as the player of the game. Julian Wade scored twice while the other goal was scored by Marcellus Bonney. With the win, Happi Bath Estate now has 16 points from 7 matches while Pointe Michel FC remains on 8 points from as many matches after losing their fourth consecutive game and conceded 10 goals in their last two outings.
On Friday at the Benjamin Park, LA Enterprises Bombers FC defeated WE United FC by two goals to nil. Jamie Parillon scored both goals to push his tally of goals to eight. Bombers FC has 12 points from 7 games while WE United is on 10 points from 7 games.
