Weak unstable conditions due to the presence of a trough system are expected to result in an increase in cloudiness and scattered showers, particularly over the central and southern portions of the Lesser Antilles including Dominica, during today. A relative improvement in conditions can be expected during tonight.
Slight to moderate seas are anticipated during the next 24 to 48 hours with waves peaking to 5.0ft. An increase in northerly swells together with an increase in dust haze concentration can be expected early next week.
Please note that a greater degree of cloudiness, more frequent rainfall, and higher rainfall amounts are normally experienced across the east coast and interior of Dominica.
