The second edition of the Cadence Lypso Festival was launched at the Fort Young Hotel earlier this week by Creole HeartBeat.
Speaking at the launching via Zoom in France, Gordon Henderson of Gohen Global Entertainment in his remarks, stated that over the years, Dominica has “widely exported the Cadence product.”
The timing of the launching of the Cadence Lypso month is “crucial” he says since “most people are not aware of the impact it is having on the world stage.”
He labeled it “a national treasure” and called on Dominica to apply to UNESCO to have Cadence Lypso recognized.
