A high pressure system is expected to be dominant across the area during the next 24 hours. Low-level moisture within the wind flow is expected to support an increase in cloudiness and shower activity during the period.
Moderate seas are anticipated during the next 24 hours, with waves peaking to 7.0ft in eastern coastal waters. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to exercise some caution. An increase in heights to 8.0ft is projected from tonight into Friday.
