Roseau, Dominica—As the Independence Season falls upon us this year, we see rising traction worldwide with our Dominican music. Dhar’Gelle, a talented artist from Dominica, has been formulating her version of authentic Dominican music for the past few years. For our listening pleasure, she has released her new Single, ‘FEARLESS’, from her upcoming EP, ‘LEGENDARY’.
Dhar’Gelle is no stranger to our musical industry, being a background vocalist both live and in the studio for Calypso & Cadence Artist. As a writer and composer, she has claimed to express daily experiences in music. “Fearless was not my favorite composition” she claims “but after years of clarity and growth, it has become an anthem that speaks on the times we are currently in.”
‘Legendary’ promises to feature a blend of genres with our local Cadence music creating a dynamic fusion, showcasing Dhar’Gelle’s versatility and unique captivating vocals.
The EP’s production is top-notch, with contributions from renowned producers and musicians such as Ajmal Peters from SKYO Beats.
