Ian Pinard — New CEO of the DASPA Ian Pinard

The Dominica Air & Seaport Authority (DASPA) has a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the person of Ian Pinard.

Pinard, a former government minister replaces Benoit Bardouille who held that post for several years and has now retired.
