Roseau, Dominica, (July 21, 2025) — The Ministry of Tourism, in collaboration with the Discover Dominica Authority (DDA), will host the 2025 Cruise Stakeholders Symposium on Wednesday, July 23 and Thursday, July 24, 2025, at the Goodwill Parish Hall, starting at 9:00 a.m. daily.
This annual event brings together key players in Dominica’s cruise sector, including tour guides, taxi operators, vendors, hair braiders, and other frontline personnel, to discuss developments and opportunities within the cruise tourism industry. The 2025 symposium will focus on:
- Emerging Cruise Industry Trends
- Shore Excursion Preferences
- Customer Service Excellence
- Health and Wellness for Tourism Providers
- Access to Financing and Business Support Services
The event will feature presentations by local, regional, and international experts, as well as a virtual Cruise Industry Panel with participation from leading cruise line executives.
