East Central FC has continued its winning ways in the Dominica Football Association’s Division One League.
On Wednesday evening at the Almond Park in Dublanc, East Central FC notched up its fourth win in as many matches to maintain a perfect record in Group 2.
National under 20 player Starrel Seraphine, who also plays in the Premier Division, scored the lone goal in the 70th minute of play en route to ensuring one goal to nil success over Sagicor South East FC.
With the win, East Central FC remains in 3rd place with 12 points, one point behind LA Stars FC which is in 2nd position, and 3 points behind LA Enterprises Bombers FC, currently sitting in the first place. However, Bombers FC and LA Stars FC have played two games and one game more respectively than East Central FC.
When the action continues on Thursday evening at the Almond Park, All Saints FC will take on Belfast Estate Mahaut Soca Strikers FC from 6 pm in a Group One clash.
All Saints currently sit in 5th position on 8 points, while their opponents have a total of 7 points and occupy the 6th position.
