Nature Isle News (NIN) has been informed and can confirm a case of “suspected drowning” in the Roseau Valley area. The incident is said to have taken place at Titou Gouge.
We have also been informed that it is media personality Elias Dupuis who works with Discover Dominica, Digicel, and the Electoral office.
