For years, the authorities have been fighting the flocks of pigeon birds that continue to be a nightmare at the island’s main hospital in Dominica.
Before the demolition of the old hospital, they made it their home and kept the place untidy and filthy.

The authorities seem not to know what else to do as the pigeons have virtually overtaken the hospital making it their home and a constant mess for the newly built hospital.
