FINAL NOTICE TO INSURANCE CLAIMANTS AND OTHER CREDITORS
Release #3 – 22 April 2025
Legislation pertinent to liquidation requires that claimants and other creditors submit to the Liquidator by a specified time his/her claim together with proof of such claim so that the Liquidator can satisfy himself of its authenticity and take it into account.
In order to make this process as easy as possible the Liquidator advises as follows
- To persons who have already submitted insurance claims or are not sure if they have done so
You may ensure that your claim has been received and entered by either
Checking electronically by login at fdic-liquidators.com and follow the instructions that you will see there, or
Making enquiries at telephone number 767-616 -6695 from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday only.
B.
- To insurance claimants who, on checking, realize that their claim(s) has/have not been entered, and
- To those who have not yet submitted a claim
You will be required to do so, in writing, by providing the following information –
- Name, address, and telephone # of insured
- Policy #
- Name, address, telephone number # and email address of claimant
- Nature of claim – Fire and other perils/ Catastrophe/ Motor vehicle
- Date of incident
- Amount claimed
- Data supporting the claim
And submitting to the Liquidator in either of the following ways:
BY POST TO:

Commonwealth of Dominica
OR
BY EMAIL TO: fdicliquidators@gmail.com
All claims received in either manner will be acknowledged in due course by the Liquidator along with any other pertinent information that the Liquidator may wish to convey at this time.
C.
To other creditors
You are required to submit your claim together with proof of such claim to the liquidator in the same manner as set out at B above.
D.
Deadline for submission of claims
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEADLINE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS IS 4:00 PM ON 16 MAY 2025.
CLAIMS SUBMITTED AFTER THAT TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED BY THE LIQUIDATOR.
