The Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica is embarking on a ground-breaking initiative to strengthen our commitment to secure, well-managed, and re-silent social housing. We are pleased to announce an exciting consultancy opportunity under the GCF Resilient Housing Project, focusing on the assessment, capacity building, and support for tenant organizations responsible for property management in various housing developments across Dominica.

- Comprehensive assessment of the management capacity of forty tenant organizations.
- Identification of specific areas for improvement in management capacity.
- Design and implementation of tailored capacity-building initiatives.
- Support for the legal incorporation of tenant organizations.
