After much controversy, members of the Dominica Calypso Association met last week to elect a new executive to govern its affairs.
Mysterie and Royette are the two females who will make up the nine-member executives.
Mysterie
The other executive members are Daddy Chess, Karessah, Peter Letang (Mighty Pigtail), Bingo, Oracle, Tronada, and Explosion.
Among them, they will elect a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, PRO, and Committee members.
Members of the Davidson (Observer) Victor executive who resigned did not seek re-election and have pledged their full support to the new executive.
