Events Manager of the Dominica Festivals Authority Ayodele Andrew has expressed “satisfaction” at the opening of the 2025 carnival.
The parade took a different format starting from the Pottersville Savannah and then into town with a stop on Dame Eugenia Charles Boulevard to pay special tribute to the late Frankie “Krazy T” Bellot who died last year of cancer.
Revelers braved the bad weather and ensured that they turned out in “massive” numbers to witness the spectacle.
