The police have confirmed the shooting death of retired public servant Garneth Jolly at his residence in Everton Estate Loubiere.
According to reports from the police, they received information of a shooting in Everton Estate just past noon on January 28, 2025, and on arrival met the body of Jolly lying in what appeared to be a pool of blood.
Crime scene investigators processed the scene and the body was later pronounced dead by a medical doctor.
Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
On Saturday 11, 2025, Chervon Devon LAROCQUE, a male adult of Salisbury was stabbed multiple times over his body and was pronounced dead by a medical doctor. He became the country’s first homicide for 2025.
