Attorneys Joshua Francis and Ronald Charles have been successful in petitioning the High Court to grant bail to Samuel Durand, who has been charged with “unlawful assembly under the Riot Act and was denied bail at the Magistrate’s Court.
Durand was granted bail in the sum of $5,000.00 in his own recognizance by High Court Judge Colin Williams.
