The Bois Cotlette Estate has been transferred to Rhoda Joseph in a move many see as a desperate act to be the surety for double murder accused Jonathan Lehrer.
The property was owned by Lehrer who is behind bars facing a double murder charge and several gun-related charges.
According to investigations from Nature Isle News (NIN), court documents indicate that the 13.2 acres of the Bois Cotlette Estate was purchased by Rhoda Joseph for the sum of EC$1,350,000.00 and the property has been duly transferred to her.
