The Government of Dominica has reacted to the Russian invasion of Ukraine by suspending Citizen by Investment (CBI) application for Russian and Belarusian nationals with “immediate effect.”

Re: Suspension of application from Russian and Belarusian nationals
In light of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica is suspending the processing of all new applications from Russians and Belarusians with immediate effect.
This measure is geared at safeguarding the Global Community and the integrity of Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Programme.
All Authorised Agents are kindly requested to disseminate the information outlined above to all relevant parties. Please contact the Citizen by Investment Unit for any queries that you may have regarding the aforementioned at cbiu@dominica.gov.dm
