Louisville woman arrested for theft at KFC where she worked

Magistrate Pearl Williams has refused a title with a caveat to be used as security for the bail application of Annya Woodman of Louisville and remanded her to the State Prison until proper documents are obtained to secure her bail.

Woodman is charged with the theft of $182,000.00 between March 2023 and May 2024 the property of KFC where she worked as a supervisor.

She was arrested on May 25, 2024, and granted station bail on May 29, 2024. The prosecution did not object to bail when she appeared in court and the charges were read to her.

Since the matter is indictable, she was not required to plea.

    • Alas. You all can really embarrass Dominicans. It is explained repeatedly that when perpetrators photos are withheld in cases of sexual abuse, it is more about concealing the identity of the victim that it is the perpetrator. For example if the article speaks of. Stepfather having sex with his wife’s minor daughter and his face is posted those who know upon seeing who the suspect is will have an idea who the child is bringing more embarrassment and shame on her. You don’t want to doubly victimize someone.

  2. Well well well, this is rather unfortunate!! Why do people bite the hand that feed them. CHUPSSSSSSSSSS!! Some people will never learn!! She may get a good experience in the few days while up there.

  3. Was it worth it my girl? Your little daughter is the one that will suffer the most from your absence. She doesn’t deserve that. I pray this has no longstanding effect on this her 🙏🏽
