  2. Just send condolences and keep it moving … nothing good to say still keep it moving. No one knows their time.

  5. You people on here posting these nasty comments death comes to everyone. Knowing how he died isn’t important we all have to die one day. When your time comes what’s going to be your reason. This man that I have known for years as family has served his country unlike some of the police officers you all now have in Dominica! If you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all all of our time will come

  6. I am reading a few really insensitive comments in here about the deceased and it is sad. Shocking !! I will say that Philbert and I were classmates at DGS and he was also a very good goalkeeper for the school’s soccer team. I knew him as a great guy and a good friend.

My condolences go out to his family and loved ones.

  7. He was a good man. Our families moved to Canfield at about the same time. Im talking about when border park was still around,as well as Lime field and guava field. I spoke with him when he came from Barbados, not knowing it would be the last. May the Most High have mercy. I will surely miss you.
Rest in peace my friend and brother
