The Prison fraternity is in shock and mourning over the sudden passing of senior prison officer William Smith.
Nature Isle News (NIN) understands that Smith died at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Dominica China Friendship Hospital (DCFH) while undergoing urgent medical treatment.
