Sir Dennis Byron, the man charged with reforming Dominica’s Electoral laws has submitted his report to Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit.
In a letter dated June 12, 2023, addressed to Lennox Linton former leader of the Opposition in Dominica and President of the United Workers Party (UWP), Sir Dennis states that ” I am pleased to inform you that I have completed Phase 2 of the review of the elections legislation, systems and processes in the Commonwealth of Dominica. This completes my assignment on improving the electoral process in Dominica.”
