Mrs. Newton assumes leadership of VF Inc. with a clear mandate: to advance the firm’s mission of empowering organisations to transform their people, culture, and strategy for sustainable growth. Guided by a vision of positioning VF Inc. as the Caribbean’s premier consulting partner, she brings to the role a wealth of global experience, innovative thinking, and an unwavering commitment to integrity and excellence.
With nearly two decades of professional expertise, Mrs. Newton’s career reflects depth and diversity across data management, human capital transformation, and organisational development. She began her professional journey at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) in the Research Department, where she managed financial, economic, and debt data before transitioning into human resources. Rising to the role of Director of Human Resources, she spearheaded the modernisation of HR systems, including SAP ERP implementation, advanced employee engagement strategies, and positioned HR as a strategic partner in fulfilling the Bank’s mandate.
Expanding her international scope, Mrs. Newton joined McKinsey & Company as HR Coordinator in the External Workers Centre of Excellence. At McKinsey, one of the world’s most respected global management consulting firms, she managed complex international workforce processes, redesigned onboarding workflows, and enhanced compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder experience across multiple regions.
Mrs. Newton’s leadership philosophy is rooted in her PUSH Framework, “Purpose, Understanding, Sincerity & Service, Humility,” a model she developed to inspire authentic, service-driven leadership. This philosophy will be seamlessly integrated with VF Inc.©’s REACH™ Model, ensuring clients achieve strategic and operational excellence while cultivating resilience, inclusivity, and purpose-driven leadership.

Dedicated to mentorship, community engagement, and business transformation, Mrs. Newton is poised to ensure that VF Inc. continues to serve as a trusted partner to clients in Dominica and across the Caribbean.
Mrs. Newton holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She is also a Chartered Director and certified in Human Resources and Compensation Committee governance with the Caribbean Governance Training Institute. In addition, she holds advanced certifications in strategic workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development.
