I extend condolences to the Catholic community in Dominica and around the world on the passing of His Holiness, Pope Francis. His Holiness was a true shepherd of the faith and a man of peace.
As we mourn his passing, let us celebrate his legacy of humility, compassion, and care for the most vulnerable among us. May we find inspiration in his example of service to people and continue to uphold the values he championed.
