Police have formally charged a male individual in connection with sexual intercourse with a minor.
The individual has been slapped with unlawful Sexual intercourse, indecent Assault and unlawful sexual connection with a minor.
He is expected to make his first court appearance later today, March 2, 2026, where the charges will be read to him.
He is not expected to enter a plea since these matters are of an indictable nature to be tried at the High Court before a Judge and Jury.
