Murder accused Tyrone “13” Javis, who is charged with the murder of Arthur Bozal on February 15th, 2026, appeared before Chief Magistrate Candia Carette George on Friday, February 20, 2026, where the charge was read to him.
He was not required to enter a plea since murder is an indictable offense.
The matter has been adjourned to May 11th, 2026, for case management
Javis is now on remand as an inmate at the Dominica State Prison (DSP).
He is represented by lawyer Kathy Buffong Royer.
