Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Sherma Dalrymple has issued a “discountenance notice” in a matter involving Denny Shillingford who is charged with the 2013 firebombing of the home of former chief magistrate G.O.N Emmanuel.
Shillingford was jointly charged with Earl Grant, who was facing charges about the alleged firebombing of the home of the former magistrate, GON Emanuel in 2010, but the matter was dismissed in 2015 when the State Attorney attached to the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Sherma Dalrymple stated “Your Honour, the prosecution offers no further evidence in this matter.”
Grant was facing a charge of conspiracy to commit arson in connection with the incident.
