Gravity pleads guilty to double murder

Double murder accused Patrickson Moses, also known as Patrickson James and “Gravity” of Kingshill, who has been charged with the death of Flavian Bellot of Gallion and Henry Rapphael of Eggleston, pleaded guilty to the charges when he was arraigned at the High Court on January 19, 2026.

Gravity, as he is more popularly known, is accused of murdering Bellot on Thursday, May 18th, 2017, in River Bank in Roseau, in the vicinity of an area locally known as ‘Washington’.

He is also accused of murdering Henry “Wazim Park” Raphael on April 17, 2011 at Newtown.

The court has ordered a social inquiry report before sentencing.

Also pleading guilty for murder at the January session of the High Court was Moses Nicholas who is charged that between June 2-19, 2023 he murdered Kendal Severin.
