
A nine-member jury consisting of seven (7) men and two (2) women returned a “unanimous verdict of guilty” on Portsmouth bus driver Edward “Eric” Victor on a charge of indecent assault.
The incident took place on June 26, 2023, on his bus in Lagoon, Portsmouth. The girl at that time was 15 years and 3 months old.
Victor was represented by attorney Glen Ducreay. The State’s case was led by State Attorney attached to the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Daina Matthew, assisted by Kevin Julian under the guidance of DPP Sherma Dyrample.
He is now on remand at the Dominica State Prison pending sentencing on November 14th, 2025.
