Police in Dominica are investigating the shooting death of a male adult in the town of Portsmouth. This brings the total to two over the past two weeks of shooting deaths in Portsmouth.
Meantime, the Police have confirmed that Tony Seaman, male 64 of Penville, was recently found dead under a Bridge in Penville.
