Police have confirmed that one man is dead following a shooting incident in the Tarish Pit area on the evening of June 4, 2024.
According to police, Nevill Jno Baptiste of Shawford was shot “multiple times at Tarish Pit at about 8:05 pm on the evening of June 4, 2024.
Jno Baptiste was taken to the Dominica China Friendship Hospital (DCFH) accident and emergency department but died in the early hours of June 5, 2024.
“An extensive manhunt for the suspect is going on by different units of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force (CDPF).
