Yanick Patrick, a 30-year-old man from Yampiece who resides in Elmshall, has been charged with the murder of 33-year-old Currowe Abraham of Yampiece.
Patrick appeared before Chief Magistrate Candia Carrette-George, on October 21, 2022, where the charge was read to him. At his court appearance, the accused was not required to enter a plea since the charge of murder is an indictable offense and is expected to be heard at the High court before a Judge and jury.
Lawyer David Bruney represents him. Patrick is on remand at the Stock Farm Prison.
