  1. Dangleben has a record, it would seem, of seeking to ride above established rules and procedures. This is sickening! It is unlawful to not declare the content and value of any imported receptacle (container, box, tub, etc). This is basic to any jurisdiction, and each one of us in Dominica who has had to import a box or barrel in Dominica knows this. Same rule for tout moun but the Lord Almighty Dale wishes it shelved and overlooked just because he claims he has some donations for the Hospital. Come on now! You cyan scream justice and progress and the rule of law and in the next breath, fight against the rule of law. BS. BTW. Carlisle, he was NOT denied duty free. He simply refused to accept it on the terms stated. i.e., itemise the contents and apply to Finance separately for his personal and commercial items. Grow up, Dale!! Your conduct is nauseating, man. Cha!!
