Retired President of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) Sir Dennis Byron has presented to heads of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) a legal brief on the dimensions of mandatory/compulsory vaccination requirements for COVID-19.
There have been many discussions as to the legal requirements of mandatory vaccination and the government of Antigua &Barbuda has recently made vaccination mandatory for its citizens. See below-attached document.
