President of the Dominica SiFoCol Alumni Association (DSAA) Wayne Liburd is extending sympathies to the family of the late businessman Norman Rolle who was murdered last week.
In a release from (DSAA), Liburd stated that in the midst of celebrating our 43rd Independence, the murder of 86-year-old businessman, Norman Rolle, the proprietor of Valley Engineering, leaves “a stain on the legacy of such a joyous and momentous occasion for all Dominicans.”
“DSAA board and Membership want to extend our heartfelt condolences, to his family, friends, employees, and business associates! May his legacy of positive changes he has made in Dominica, live on and may his soul Rest in Eternal Peace!” Liburd stated.
