Roseau, Dominica-The Media fraternity in Dominica is in mourning following the death of retired veteran broadcaster Ted Daley who passed away in the USVI.
The voice of Ted Daley was a regular on DBS radio for many years, on shows during the afternoons, “Drive Time and the Ted Daley show.
After his retirement he spent a few more years on the radio continuing to touch the general public with his music. He loved dominoes and cricket and was a member of the Swansea Domino team that terrorized many domino players.
The Bosom Buddy, Ted Daley, Terror Ted are all names linked to him on the radio. He later migrated to the USVI, but he continued to stay in touch with the fans and friends in Dominica. Ted had an infectious laugh that you just could not miss.
