The musical industry in Dominica and the Caribbean is mourning the loss of one of its own. Damian Fontaine who for many years was part of the musical accompaniment of the First Serenade Band has died after a battle with the dreaded Cancer.
“Dami” as he was most popularly known by many toured the Caribbean, the USA and Europe with the First Serenade Band playing the guitar and sometimes on the keyboard. A man with immense musically talent be it on the guitar, keyboard or vocals.
He was married to Germain Paul and the couple resided in Pointe Michel.
Nature Isle News (NIN) extends deepest condolences to his wife and family and by extention the musically industry and members of the First Serenade Band. Rest in peace solider join Adrian “Achie” Mitchell and playing for the Angels.
